Home / Whole & Half Beef
Fill your freezer with grass-fed, grain-finished beef raised by the Raney family in Lakeland. Reserve a whole or half with a $500 deposit and get it cut your way.
Buy Direct From the Ranch
Buying a whole or half beef is the simplest way to stock your freezer with local beef you can trust, raised and hand-fed by our family in Polk County.
One purchase covers months of steaks, roasts and ground beef, at a better value than buying cut by cut.
Choose steak thickness, roast size and how much goes to ground beef. Your freezer, your choices.
Raised on our Lakeland ranch and processed at a USDA facility in Central Florida. Call us with any question.

Raised Right
Our cattle are raised on Polk County grass, then grain-fed for at least 200 days on a custom blend from a local grain mill and hand-fed daily by our family.
After processing at a USDA facility in Central Florida, the beef is dry-aged for 21 days. Natural enzymes tenderize the meat while dry-aging concentrates its flavor. Every cut is then vacuum-sealed so it keeps beautifully in your freezer.
★★★★★
“Beef is high quality and delicious plus the ability to order a half makes it very convenient. Kenny is very knowledgeable and helped us first timers with great suggestions on the best cuts and ground. With my four growing boys, I’m sure to be back for more!”
