Raised Right

Grass-Fed, Grain-Finished, Dry-Aged 21 Days

Our cattle are raised on Polk County grass, then grain-fed for at least 200 days on a custom blend from a local grain mill and hand-fed daily by our family.

After processing at a USDA facility in Central Florida, the beef is dry-aged for 21 days. Natural enzymes tenderize the meat while dry-aging concentrates its flavor. Every cut is then vacuum-sealed so it keeps beautifully in your freezer.

★★★★★

“Beef is high quality and delicious plus the ability to order a half makes it very convenient. Kenny is very knowledgeable and helped us first timers with great suggestions on the best cuts and ground. With my four growing boys, I’m sure to be back for more!”
