About pricing: our cuts are packed by hand, so pack weights vary. Each product lists its price per pound and the estimated pack weight, and the price shown is based on the average pack.
On-Farm Pickup
Every order is picked up at the ranch, so your beef goes straight from our freezer to yours.

Need your beef delivered in Polk County? Call or message us before you order and we’ll let you know what’s possible for your area.
Storage & Handling
Your beef is dry-aged 21 days, vacuum-sealed and frozen. A few simple steps keep it tasting its best.
Store your beef in the freezer at 0°F or below until you're ready to cook it.
Thaw packages in the refrigerator, still sealed, on a plate. Allow about a day for most cuts.
USDA recommends 145°F with a 3-minute rest for steaks and roasts, and 160°F for ground beef.

We don’t ship. Local delivery in Polk County may be possible by arrangement; contact us before you order to ask about your area.
Individual cuts are paid online at checkout. Whole and half beef is reserved online with a $500 deposit, which is applied to your final total.
